Today was another great day. I was able to get more personal bests (PB) today. The super sets (ss) were done with Pullups(PU) and Dumbbell(DB) rows. Barbell(BB)
Pullups with ss-DB Row: 15pu(PB)-ss-80x10, 12pu ss-80x10, 10pu ss-80x10, 12pu ss-80x10, 8pu ss-80x10
Overh and Grip BB Row: 185x12, 225x10, 315x6, 185x20(PB)
Deadlift: 225x6, 275x5, 315x3, 385x1(PB)
Hyperextensions: 20
Tomorrow is an off day. But I will update something here. Anyway have an awesome day.
