Thursday March 5, 2009 Back workout

Today was kind of a short workout. Initially I was going to take off today but my appointment was delayed so I decided to get most of the workout done. I didnt get to do Deadlifts but I plan to go tomorrow an dknock them out aswell as some cardio.

Here is what I did.



Dumbbell (DB) Row

65Ibs x 12

75Ibs x 12

90Ibs x 10

95Ibs x 8 (PB)



Barbell Row

185Ibs x 15

225Ibs x 12

275Ibs x 10

275Ibs x 8

315Ibs x 4 (PB) dropped to 135Ibs x 20



Pull Ups

10, 9, and 8 reps
Then I had to go I will finish up tomorrow.
