Well today was a very busy day. I was up early and started to move my apartment and didnt finish the move until about 1:30pm. then I had to go to work. So since i went in late I had to stay a bit later. Because of that I showed up late and this made the exercise alittle faster and not as long as normal.
Here is what I did.

Regular foot position x 12 each set
Heels out/Toes together x 12 each set
Toes out/heels together x 12 each set
Well as I said todays workout wasnt as strong as the previous ones.
But tomorrow I should be back on track. Tomorrow is chest day.
