Tuesday March 10, 2009 Leg Day

Hi everyone today was another great workout. Had some more personal bests (PB).
I decided to change the setup here. I hope to get your feedback here if you want to see something done differently or request for video or photos of the workout.
Well I am looking forward to hearing form you soon.
Here is what I did today.

Nautilus Leg Extension: 125x15, 155x15, 200x10
Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 225x4, 245x1(PB), 185x4, 135x10
HS V-Squat: 250x10, 340x8, 390x6(PR), 410x4(PR)-drop set-250x6
DB Stiff Leg DeadLift: 45x12, 45x12, 45x12
Nautilus Prone Leg Curl: 100x15, 120x12, 140x10 this was done back to back
6 sets of Calf work.
