Thursday March 9, 2009 Today is an off day.

Since today is an off day I want to take the time to explain this blog so that others may understand it better.
Well my schedule (generally) is five days a week, generally 3 days then a day off followed by 2 days before the second off day happens. This is schedule we focus on keeping.

1. Chest
2. Back
3. Shoulders
4. Arms
5. Legs

I continue to encourage you to follow my threas and send me your feedback and more importantly is for yourself to you post your own workouts so that we can support you and and assist you achieve your goals.
